一口一顆🍒櫻桃肉🍒 醬汁酸甜超下飯
一顆顆紅彤彤油亮亮的櫻桃肉,外表看著飽滿有肉感,咬一口酥軟酸甜~
💦食材:豬里脊肉,料酒1匙,生抽1匙,蛋清1個,五香粉及澱粉適量,番茄醬4匙,糖3匙,醋1匙
💦Ingredients: pork tenderloin, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 egg white, appropriate amount of five-spice powder and starch, 4 spoons of tomato sauce, 3 spoons of sugar, 1 spoon of vinegar
做法:
1、豬里脊肉洗淨,切成小方塊,加入1匙料酒+1匙生抽+1個蛋清+少許五香粉醃製;
2、調醬汁:碗裡加4匙番茄醬+1匙陳醋+3匙白糖+2匙清水;
3、醃好的肉裹上澱粉,五成油溫下鍋炸至金黃酥脆撈出;
4、醬汁熬至濃稠,倒入肉丁,翻炒均勻;
5、撒上蔥花就可以了~
